Jim Miller, formerly the President of Homes of the Hamptons and Miller Publishing for over 20 years, is the founder of Hamptons Real Estate Showcase and M3 Media Group. As a longtime resident of the Hamptons, Jim has a keen sense of East End real estate marketing and brings to it his 20 years of experience. He has a deep appreciation of the beauty and attraction of the area and has carved out his own unique nook in this special corner of the world. In his free time, Jim enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and two children. Together, they value the magnificent splendor of the East End at their doorstep.

With her 20 years of publishing experience and extensive knowledge of marketing, Claudette is excited to be a part of the team at M3 Media Group. Claudette has worked her way up the ladder in publishing from Administration to Sales Director and now she is thrilled to become the Co-Publisher of the newly founded company. As a native East Ender, Claudette also knows a thing or two about the Hamptons. Claudette truly appreciates the best of both worlds, as she splits her time with her husband and son between the Hamptons and New York City. She loves the diversity of the city with its wonderful museums and fabulous food, but it is the Hamptons she calls home.

With her passion for publishing and her extensive business experience, it was no surprise that Kathy Silvanovich joined the team at M3Media Group. Former Managing Publisher of Homes of the Hamptons and Homes of Eastern Long Island for ten years, Kathy has always found a special niche in publishing. Kathy also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island, an idyllic place to live.

With a degree in New Media from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, John began his career designing ads at Allan Schneider Associates. He then worked closely with one of Corcoran’s top brokers, helping develop one of the most prolific broker marketing campaigns in the country. Dead On Design is the organic manifestation of John’s years spent developing connections and responding to the needs of this fast paced community.
