Bethenny Frankel Flipping Bridgehampton Home
After purchasing her Bridgehampton house a few months ago, Skinnygirl mogul and “Real Housewives of New York” regular Bethenny Frankel has put the newly renovated property on the market for $3 million.
Known as the “Morning Glory” house, the seven-bedroom abode, for which she paid $2 million, was once used as an inn before being given a modern makeover.
The epitome of upscale quaint, the circa 1910 shingle-style home is tucked behind a new hedgerow and boasts a wraparound porch and original craftsmanship.
A gracious entrance foyer is punctuated by a striking staircase and illuminated from above by a skylight.
A double set of French doors leads to the patio and pool.
The “budding real estate entrepreneur” – so named by the Observer – recently flipped a Soho loft, which was featured in Architectural Digest, and a Flatiron condo, which she owned with her fellow Bravo star and real estate agent Fredrik Eklund.
Not to worry. You’ll still spot the RHONY star around campus. She owns another house on Lumber Lane.
Listing agent is Caroline Sarraf of Compass.
