Justin Timberlake Puts Soho Penthouse on Market

His penthouse at Soho Mews has been listed with broker-to-the-stars Jared Seligman of Stribling for $8 million.

We’re not feeling too sorry for The Man of the Woods singer and his actress wife, Jessica Biel. The pair upgraded to a $20 million penthouse last year in a celebrity-studded Tribeca former soap factory at 443 Greenwich that Taylor Swift, Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal and Aziz Ansari also call home (or one of their homes).

The penthouse in Soho Mews, a luxury condominium building with loft-style units on West Broadway in the center of Soho’s landmark district, was purchased in 2010 for $6.5 million. The three-bedroom, 3.5 bath space features a wraparound terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and custom wood paneling.
