Lasata, the 1917 estate at 121 Further Lane where Jackie Bouvier spent childhood summers, is in contract. While the buyer and price are unknown, the ask was $29.99 M. It hit the market in 2016 for $38.995 M. In June the price was cut from $34 M.

The 7-acre East Hampton property with an 8,500-square-foot home, named after a Native American term for “place of peace,” still contains original grand public rooms though the home has been fully renovated. It was formerly owned by Jackie O’s paternal grandparents.

The six-bedroom, 5½ bath mansion is being sold by fashion designer and Tiffany’s chief creative officer, Reed Krakoff, who purchased the property in 2007 for $20 million.

“In 2016, Krakoff and his wife Delphine rented the property for the summer to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich and Dasha Zhukova, who have since split,” according to the New York Post.

Carol Nobbs and Eileen O’Neill of Douglas Elliman shared the listing with Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach and Peter Turino of Brown Harris Stevens.
