Summer in the Hamptons is all about having fun, taking time to be with family and friends and no one makes that dream come true more than Seacoast Property Management. 

HRES: How did you get your idea for Seacoast Property Management?

SPM: Our family has worked in the construction industry for years, we basically grew up on construction sites. We have been able to see the transition of dirt lots, into immaculate estates. So, what started as helping a few new home owners get settled in, quickly turned into what is now a full-service property and estate management company.

HRES: What was your mission at the outset? 

SPM: We started this company in hopes of building relationships with both the seasonal residents, as well as the local community. We believe that building a bridge between the two demographics can help make the Hamptons even more special. It’s all about connecting local businesses with the seasonal residents that come here to relax. 

HRES: What services and/or products do you offer?

SPM: We offer a wide range of services at Seacoast, every client will have weekly interior and exterior inspections with detailed reports, vendor management, handyman access, as well as concierge services. Our concierge services range from grocery shopping and babysitting all the way to boat washing and maintenance, so no request is out of reach. In addition, we provide seasonal services such as furniture set up and winterization, as well as things such as exterior power washing and plowing in the winter.

HRES: What is unique about your Property Management company?

SPM: What makes us truly unique at Seacoast is our emphasis on family and community. Growing up in Southampton has given us a special bond and knowledge about the area which we utilize in our business. When you hire us, you’re not just hiring another large scale property management company, but a family that is passionate about the Hamptons and whose main goal is your happiness and safety while staying at your home.

HRES: Can you give us some background information about Seacoast partners?

SPM: Me (Chris) and my brother Garrett both grew up in Southampton playing sports and working with our dad when we had time. I went to Fordham University for 3 years and Oklahoma City for 1 year while studying marketing/business and playing baseball. Garrett went to Oklahoma City and majored in finance and business while also playing baseball. After school, I played professional baseball for 5 years with the Tampa Bay Rays and Long Island Ducks. Once Garrett graduated, he worked in property management and has since gotten his real estate license. Jim Coady is our 3rd partner and grew up in Hampton Bays. Jim has over 20 years of construction knowledge and is truly skilled in all things “handyman”. Jim prides himself on doing the best possible job no matter how big or small a project may be. 

HRES: If you could only give one piece of advice to our readers about their summer homes what would that be?

SPM: Our number one piece of advice would be to truly enjoy your summer home! Take advantage of businesses like ourselves, to get the most out of your homes. Our main priority is to allow our clients to move in and out of their summer homes stress-free, and give them a sense of relief that their home will be taken care of on an annual basis.
