Rachael Ray’s Southampton Home is Back On The Market

By Debra Scott - April 16, 2018

UPDATE: Seems that TV chef Rachael Ray and husband, John Cusimano, find the Adirondacks a more delicious area than the Hamptons. The duo has put their Southampton abode on the market after building a home on a 200-acre spread by Lake Luzerne. Ray is originally from upstate.

The couple bought the Tuckahoe house, which is adjacent to the Southampton Golf Club, in 2008 when they paid $2.6 million. The house was on the market last year for $4.9 million, but is back now with a new broker and price tag: $4.69 million.

The six-acre property contains a ranch house that was built in1976 and boasts an open floor plan, en suite bedrooms and a kitchen with industrial stove and wine rack. Large sliding glass doors lead outdoors where can be found a Gunite pool, bluestone patio, pergola and pool house.

Inside is furnished with pieces from the Rachael Ray Home collection, and there is an option to purchase them with the home.

The home is listed with Angela Boyer Stump of Sotheby’s International Realty .
