Anh Duong — a French-American artist, actress, and model who was recently commissioned to do the wall of the 50 Sculpted Stars at the Statue of Liberty Museum in New York — has put her East Hampton home on the market for $2.35 million.
Located at 290 Old Stone Highway, the late 19th century home spans a modest 2,079 square feet in size with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Also on the 1.5-acre property is a separate one-bed, one-bath guest cottage. After a renovation and interior design by Daniel Romualdez, the home — originally built in 1887 — looks modernized, but it still maintains its timeless beauty.
Features include a fireplace, wood floors, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a pergola-covered dining patio outside. The guest house also has hardwood floors as well as a wide open floorplan and large windows.
There’s plenty of room on the property to add a pool. According to the Sotheby’s listing, the property has a high enough elevation that residents will get to enjoy water views of Accabonac Harbor across the street.
Sotheby’s International Realty agents Kathy Konzet and Jenny Landey represent the listing.
