Howard Marks, a billionaire working for Oaktree Capital Management, has just expanded his East Hampton real estate portfolio significantly.
According to the New York Post, Marks purchased a Further Lane property for $30 million back in 2010 from television personality Donny Deutsch, and he just bought another $30 million worth of real estate nearby on Tyson Lane and Further Lane from Barbara Zuckerberg — meaning Marks now has over $60 million worth of real estate in the Hamptons.

Marks’s recent purchase included four properties: The 5, 7, and 9 Tyson Lane addresses amass over 3 acres of land and a residence designed by famed architect Francis Fleetwood, while the 310 Further Lane property offers 8 acres of private reserve.
Zuckerberg purchased the East Hampton property with her ex-husband in 1999 for $7 million.
