According to Morgan Halberg of The Observer, Carpinteria is no stranger to celebrities either, Kunis and Kutcher will fit right in with neighbors such as George Lucas. Located a few hours from their primary home in Beverly Hills, the couple reportedly paid $10.1 million for an incredible oceanfront compound that boasts private beach access and an additional guesthouse.
