Katie Lee Selling Water Mill Manse

The 6,325 square foot home boasts quite a few amenities, including but not limited to a full outdoor kitchen under a gorgeous pergola, swimming pool, seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a climate controlled wine cellar, and a theatre. The home was built in 2010 and was designed by architect Fred Throo, and customized for Lee by famed interior designer Nate Berkus. According to the New York Post, the famed chef has been seen looking at homes in Sag Harbor stating that she is looking for a home with a pier, Lee told Gimme Shelter that she “recently bought a Boston whaler boat,” making a property with a dock a fun necessity for the Hamptons entertainer.
