Current Status: Broker at Douglas Elliman
Name Your Hamptons Happy Place: My happy place is swimming in the ocean or bay — when the water is warm, the sky is blue — there is nothing better!
Phrase You Hear Most In Real Estate: How’s the market? Naturally everyone wants to know.
Greatest Work Achievement: Having two amazing kids and seeing them through college without debt.
Dream Vacation: I think a month in Australia would be perfect in February/March. There is so much to see and do there.
Your Real Life Hero: My mother. She is going to be 94 in October. My dad has been gone for 20 years, but mom continues to inspire me every day.
Your Mantra: Persistence and hard work make you lucky.
Your Second Act Or Are You In It: I may be in my second act but I am also excited about the third.
Proudest Moment To Date: When my daughter graduated from Cornell and was later accepted to five veterinary schools, and when my son was first when he graduated with a difficult degree, Biology, from UCLA.
Your Mentor / Muse: John Wooden the great UCLA coach.
Current Favorite Style Home – Modern, Traditional, Farmhouse: If I were to build a home now, I would build a barn style with the southern side all glass. I love to combine the modern living with the character and history of the past.
Current Mood: Very Happy and Optimistic. Why not?
Greatest Extravagance: My boat…although I would love a bigger one. LOL!
Favorite Hamptons Dinner Spot: I love the Beacon and the view. The food is always good and you cannot beat that view.
Favorite Movie: ”It’s Complicated”…Nancy Meyers is great. I love the comedy and romance and what a cast! Meryl Steep, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin.
Favorite Book: I love James Michael Howard’s new book Atmosphere. He is an extraordinarily talented decorator. Novel: To Kill a Mockingbird
Favorite Season: Summer for sure.
Coffee or Tea: I am a coffee addict, but I always forget how much better tea can be.
