HRES: As one of the more seasoned mortgage lenders in the Hamptons, what is it that sets you apart from the others?
As a 16-year veteran in our marketplace, I have been fortunate to have helped so many wonderful people. I believe what sets me apart is that I become invested in long-term relationships with my clients and customers and always look for a way to make a difference.

A PriorityBuyer preapproval is based on our preliminary review of credit information only and is not a commitment to lend. We will be able to offer a loan commitment upon verification of application information, satisfying all underwriting requirements and conditions, and providing an acceptable property, appraisal, and title report. Our Custom-Home Construction Financing conveniently finances home construction and converts to a permanent loan when the building process is completed.  Plus, with our Builder Best® program, you can lock in your loan pricing range at the beginning of the construction phase to protect yourself from market fluctuations in interest rates — giving you peace of mind while your new home is being built.

A non-refundable participation fee or an extended lock fee will be required for participation in a Builder Best program.
