Christie Brinkley Rents Pricey TriBeCa Duplex

The Uptown Girl held a housewarming party last month in the fab penthouse, which coincided with the celebration of her 64^th birthday.

The sun-drenched 3,000-square-foot apartment with two – count them! – two terraces (one wraparound) and to-die-for city views costs the supermodel $29,500 a month. While only comprised of three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the open loft-style floorplan boasts a double-sided fireplace, media lounge and master suite with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Not to worry, we’ll be sure to catch sight of the three-time Sports Illustrated cover model at the many charity events she attends each summer in the Hamptons. After all, she still owns a palatial beachfront estate in Sag Harbor that she put on the market in 2016 for $25 million. She’s now asking $20 million for the property she bought in 2004 for $7.15 million.

Oh, and lest we forget, she also still owns the 21-acre pastoral piece of prime Bridgehampton real estate, which she purchased when still with her fourth husband, architect Peter Cook. Known as Tower Hill for its 50-foot observation tower, it is currently listed at $29.5 million by Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman.
