Corcoran Honors Top Hamptons Agents for 2017

Pamela Liebman, Corcoran President & CEO and co-host, Ernest Cervi, Regional SVP, East End, welcomed agents to the annual East End awards ceremony, which was held at the elegant Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton.

Bill Cunningham, Corcoran EVP and General Sales Manager and Frank Percesepe, EVP, Brooklyn and East End, joined the festive breakfast celebration where Pamela Liebman thanked the award-winning agents for their exemplary performance and extraordinary success achieved in 2017. She also welcomed all new agents who joined Corcoran in 2017 and recognized Corcoran agents with 10, 20 and 25 and 35 years’ tenure for their dedication and tremendous contributions to Corcoran during their time with the firm.

Added excitement was the introduction of the new Corcoran brand and advertising campaign, presented by Christina Lowris-Panos, Chief Marketing Office for Corcoran. A streamlined new Corcoran logo, along with the next iteration of Corcoran’s iconic color bar, now a gradient, was revealed. The new advertising campaign, “Be Home,” an evolution of Corcoran’s “Live Who You Are,” brand campaign, was unveiled, with video and print media creative executions and customizable marketing contents for agents and teams.

A number of agents were recognized for top deals this year, including Helen Stubbmann, for closing a $4.4 million commercial deal in Montauk, Tim Davis and Gary DePersia, for a $26 million sale of “Tower House” in Southampton, and Sheri Winter Clarry, for the sale of historic Glendalough for $8.9 million in Cutchogue.

For the second year in a row, the two top awards went to:

No. 1 Individual Sales Agent: Susan Breitenbach

No. 1 Sales Team: Cee Scott Brown & Jack Pearson

Rookie of the Year went to Philippa Content in the East Hampton office.
