Built in 1881 and unused since 1979, this summer marks the long-awaited completion of a property that has served as a national model for historic revitalization. Steps from Main Street and Sag Harbor Bay, Watchcase has been a dominant visual symbol of this historic waterfront village for nearly 135 years, and this summer it begins its new life as a thriving community of 63 Factory Residences, Penthouses and Loft Condominiums.

The Steven Gambrel-designed lobby and amenities Pavilion, including 60 foot saltwater pool, is now complete and open for the season.

The staff of Watchcase, including its concierge, landscapers, superintendent, and management team is now at the service of residents, delivering a resort-like experience 365 days a year that is unparalleled in The Hamptons.
