Five Amazing Listings for over 50 Million

Georgica Manse | $85M
One of the most magnificent pieces of land on the East End, the 7-acre estate on Georgica Pond of investment banker Carl Tiedemann, who founded Tiedemann Investment Group, has just hit the market. The $85M price tag is nearly double its ask in 2015 of $45M. Then the price was reduced again last year to $32M before being pulled from the market. The old listing featured the existing house built in 1990 (practically an antique) by Tiedemann, who died in 2016.

Private Peninsula | $75M
Big price tags often come with vast acreage. Burnt Point in Wainscott is no exception. With its own 25-acre peninsula on Georgica Pond with sweeping water views on all sides, this is one of the most desirable waterfront properties on the South Fork.

The palatial Water Mill estate known as Villa Maria has been through a clutch of the Hamptons’ top brokers from Cocoran’s Tim Davis to Sotheby’s Harald Grant since first appearing on the market in 2008 for $100M. It is now with the Vichinsky brothers of Bespoke Real Estate.
