HRES: Kimberly, this month’s cover listing has the “wow” factor and more. Can you tell us what makes this home special from your point of view?

HRES: This home was built in 2012. Who was the builder, and have there been any upgrades that you can tell us about?

KC: Peter Curto built this house in 2012, and the home was recently renovated, including the entire first floor, which has an open floor plan and includes a beautiful primary suite, overlooking the backyard, which is very private, even though it feels open and airy.
