The buyers, John Richard Knop and his wife Leslee Helene Belluchie, paid $6.78 million for the home.

Records show the Weinbergs’ trust paid $7.5 million for the five-bedroom house in 2016 and listed it that year with Christian J. Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. It was on the market for about $7.7 million, according to Redfin.

He joins rock star Billy Joel, who also just sold a property in Palm Beach County.  Joel recently sold the vacant lot next to his Manalapan mansion for $7.5 million.
