Bruce Willis Seeks Record Price for Parrot Key Estate

Actor Bruce Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, have put their posh Parrot Cay beachfront estate in the Turks and Caicos on the market for a potentially record-setting $33 million. The previous record on the exclusive island was $27.5 million in 2016.

Willis acquired the land in 2000, at about the same time that he and Demi Moore divorced, and completed the construction in 2004. Parrot Key is one of the most exclusive private resorts in the work with only about a dozen or so privately-owned properties. Other famous neighbors of Willis and Heming include fashion icon Donna Karan and supermodel Christie Brinkley, who also recently sold her Sag Harbor waterfront estate for over $17 million.

Willis and Heming are in the process of unloading several East Coast properties, prior to a planned move to Los Angeles, including an upper West Side duplex that recently sold for $17.75 million, a 20-acre lakefront ranch in Idaho, last year for $5.5 million. Their Bedford NY country home in Westchester is now on the market for $9.5 million after being originally listed for $13 million earlier this year.

Finally, in March of this year they completed a $9.8 million purchase of a new mansion in the prime Brentwood area of Los Angeles, where they plan to relocate.
