The seven bedroom, 6.5 bath home – one of the development’s customized “Manor” models – was listed at $3.325 M.

Barn & Vine, so named because of its proximity to Channing Daughters
Winery – we’re not sure about the barn – is known for its concierge service in which someone makes life easier by stock the fridge and making restaurant reservations. And its management company takes care of estate maintenance. When can we move in?!

The journalist covered the Beijing and London Olympics, the reconstruction of post-war Iraq, the 2004 U.S. presidential campaign and Hurricane Katrina. He is betrothed to Judith Chung, a former producer for CNBC and MSNBC, who now works as a design manager for Ralph Lauren.

Quintanilla and his wife join other news anchors such as Matt Lauer and Katie Couric who all own homes in the Hamptons.

The listing belonged to Aaron Curti, Raphael Avigdor and James Peyton, all of Douglas Elliman.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”20436″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”20437″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”20438″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”20439″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”20440″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_column_text]Photos via Douglas Elliman[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
