Douglas Elliman Names New Regional VP for the Hamptons

Benincasa, who served as attorney for Southampton Town since 2012, boasts considerable experience in real estate law. In his role with Southampton Town, he has been responsible for the practical management of the real estate industry and its environs, particularly in the areas of planning and development.

Benincasa, who began his legal career as an assistant district attorney in New York City, earned a degree in political science from The George Washington University and his law degree from St. John’s University, where he was both a senior bar member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a senior staff member of the New York International Law Review. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in public administration from the prestigious School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. As regional VP of sales, Benincasa will bring his extensive array of talents to lead the South Fork team in developing competitive strategies for the firm’s luxury residential and commercial markets.
