Former J. Crew President Jeffrey Pfeifle has listed his Water Mill home for $5.9 million. Pfeifle has owned the home along with his partner, David Granville for the past 10 years. It’s also available for rent from July to Labor Day for $200,000. Granville is also a listing agent for the property.

Purchased in 2008 for $4.3 million, the original part of the 5,900SF home dates back to the 1700s, with renovations adding more space and new wings. The home is set on just under three acres near Southampton Village and ocean beaches. There are two guest wings along with staff quarters with separate entrance. The expansive grounds feature an apple orchard with four varieties of apples.
