Waterfront Estate In Water Mill Comes on the Market for $15M

This gorgeous estate at 29 Cobb Isle Road in Water Mill has just listed for $15 million. Sited on an acre of land with 275 feet of bulkheaded water frontage on a creek that leads in Mecox Bay, a floating dock, and a 7,000-square-foot main house, this property has it all. The shingled Gambrel style home designed by McDonough & Conroy architects back in 2012 includes seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, an open floor plan, a double-sided fireplace in the living room, and a 1,000-square-foot master suite with a fireplace, marble bathroom, and radiant heated floors. Interior design was done by Jennifer Post. Outside, homeowners will enjoy a heated pool, a pool house with heat and air conditioning plus a kitchenette, smart home technology, a spa, and outdoor TV sets. The property is just a mile and a half north of the ocean at Flying Point Beach. Sotheby’s International Realty agent Pat Petrillo represents the listing. [Sotheby’s]

$20M Vacant Lot In East Hampton With Celebrity Connections Finds A Buyer

The vacant $20M lot at 26 West End Avenue in East Hampton has found a buyer and is currently in contract. The property was once a party of a larger property that belonged to Courtney Sale Ross before she sold the compound to David Geffen in 2014 for a total of $52 million. Eventually Geffen put it back on the market and developers got their hands on it, according to Behind the Hedges. The property went up for sale back in 2016 for $23.5 million and was most recently asking $19.9 million. The 1.64-acre parcel offers 205 feet of water frontage on the prestigious Georgica Pond, and can host a house up to 7,194 square feet in size with a finished lower level, plus a pool, dock, and a pool house. The property is nearly right across the street from the ocean at Georgica Beach, and about two and a half miles from village shops and restaurants. [Behind the HedgesBespoke]

A Quaint Sag Harbor Village Home Dating Back To 1834 Wants $2.85M

While many of the Greek Revival homes from the 19th century that fill Sag Harbor get renovated, many of them also get expansions as well. Located at 49 Rysam Street, this 1834 renovated home in the village was renovated, but it’s still only 1,950 square feet in size with just two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The home does still have its fair share of contemporary amenities, but it also held onto the original exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and a fireplace in the living room. Outside, the quarter-acre property has a brick patio, a cherry tree, a fire pit, a heated gunite pool, an outdoor living room, a legal guest cottage with a living room, kitchenette, and bathroom, and a grandfathered shed. In December of 2016, the property sold for $1,495,000, and now it’s back on the market for a higher $2.85 million. Saunders Real Estate agents Stacey Cohen and Elaine Stimmel represent the property.
