HGTV Star Ricky Paull Goldin Lists His Sag Harbor Home For $1.5M

Ricky Paull Goldin, an HGTV designer and host of the network’s show, Spontaneous Construction, and his partner, Gretta Monahan, a style expert, have just listed their Sag Harbor home at 83 Northside Drive for $1,525,000, reports the New York Post. The 3,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is sited on a full acre of land in the Noyack neighborhood, about six and a half miles west of Sag Harbor village shops and restaurants. Features include a private terrace off the master suite, multiple decks overlooking the pool and hot tub outside, and a full home movie theater. There’s also an open living space and a bar area perfect for guests and parties. The Zillow price history shows that it was last sold in February of this year for $685,000, so it doesn’t look like the pair have gotten to spend much time at the East End retreat. Goldin was also in All My Children and The Bold and the Beautiful, while Monahan graduated from Harvard Business School and has been seen on The Rachael Ray Show, Good Morning America, and The View. The home is represented by Douglas Elliman agents Nicole and Zachary Tunick. [New York Post, Douglas Elliman]

Quogue Glass House With Endless Water Views Wants $2.6M

If all you need in a home is walls of glass and water views, you’re in luck. The waterfront glass home at 38 Beach Lane in Quogue has recently come on the market for $2.6 million, and it has endless views over Ogden Pond and the Quogue Canal. The thee-bed, three-bath contemporary house is sited on a quarter-acre of land and includes floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, bulkheaded water frontage, and a deep water dock. Features include an elevator, an open floor plan, and an upstairs master suite. There’s also smart home technology, outdoor heaters, and a heated driveway. A two-bedroom guest house with a bathroom, kitchen, and canalfront deck complete the property. Douglas Elliman agent Enzo Morabito represents the listing. [Douglas Elliman]

Mel Brooks’ Former Southampton Home Is Available For $5M

The waterfront home at 1421 Meadow Lane that actor and comedian Mel Brooks and his late wife, actress Anne Bancroft, once owned is now available for sale with a $5 million asking price, reports the New York Post. Located on the bayside of Meadow Lane, the 2,300-square-foot shingled home is relatively modest for the East End and is especially modest for Meadow Lane. Inside the four-bed, three and a half-bath house, homeowners will enjoy water views from every room, a recently renovated kitchen, a fireplace, and access to a waterview deck off the living and dining rooms. The property spans a comfortable 1.33 acres, and while some of that is marshland, there is room to expand or add a pool. Douglas Elliman agent Michaela Keszler represents the listing.
