Judith Ripka is Selling Her Crown Jewel

Ripka, who sells her jewelry on QVC and the Shopping Channel, purchased the 4.2-acre Meadow Lane property in 2001 for $2.5 million, though she built the existing 1,700-sqyare-foot house in 2004. She is asking $6M.

The ideal location on Shinnecock Bay and across the street from the ocean, borders preserves on two sides and offers “panoramic water views with breathtaking sunsets,” according to the listing. The contemporary four-bedroom, three bath structure sports a waterside pool and outdoor decks aplenty.

The Bronx native’s designs are worn by such celebs as Naomi Watts and Miley Cyrus. It’s not surprising that the jeweler chose Sotheby’s as her real estate firm. Many of her pieces have been sold by the auction house side of the biz.
