HRES Talks With Chris Coleman Of Saunders & Associates

From a weekender to permanent resident of Montauk the choice wasn’t hard for Chris Coleman avid surfer and now seasoned real estate professional at Saunders & Associates. Chris really enjoys living life in Montauk with his wife and two young children. Active in the community Chris volunteers at the Montauk Food Pantry, and enjoys coaching kids basketball and baseball in his free time. The 9 years he spent working at the New York Stock Exchange gave Chris his extensive client network and business background which also helped make him one of the top producers in Montauk. “There are so many gems to be discovered in Montauk” he says. “I feel fortunate to have developed a career that I love in a place that I love”. HRES sits down with Chris for a one on one Q & A.

HRES: Bragging rights… Tell us about one of your listings.

CC: 184 Soundview Drive, Montauk is a new listing that we just brought on the market. It’s on the same street as my Mom’s house in a really cool location on the bay overlooking Gardiners Island with awesome views and sunsets. It also has a private boardwalk down to the beach.

HRES: Why is Montauk real estate so hot?

CC: There has definitely been a lot of hype – things that are priced correctly are selling. I think it’s hot because Montauk is a fun place to be and the people are back and enjoying themselves. The real estate market is challenging.

HRES: How has Saunders & Associates aided in the success of your business?

CC: Saunders has been incredible working with my team! The marketing department, staff, and management are all behind us 100%.

HRES: Your very active in the Montauk Community can you tell us about your charities?

CC: I coach both girls and boys basketball and my son’s baseball team as well. In my free time, I like to give back to the kids – I am a big kid myself!

HRES: Describe a perfect day in Montauk?

CC: Off-shore wind, three sessions, family time and friends.
