Matt Lauer Unloads Manhattan Apartment

The disgraced former Today Show principal has had better luck unloading his 11-room New York apartment than his Hamptons property. The Upper East Side pad just went for a tad over $7 million according to the New York Post. It was listed for $7.35 million with Stribling.

While still an NBC darling Lauer used the apartment during the week. Clearly he no longer needs it. It also has bad juju. It was the location where “NBC chairman Andy Lack informed him he was being canned from the network.” It is also located in the building where Bernie Madoff had his penthouse.

The bad boy’s 25-acre Sag Harbor property has been idling on the market for years, having been originally listed in 2016 for $18 million.
