Model Christie Brinkley Sells Her Sag Harbor Home

Famous model, actress, and Hamptonite Christie Brinkley has finally sold one of her East End properties — the waterfront North Haven estate at 1 Fahys Road. The deal hasn’t closed quite yet, but it was last on the market for $17.999M, down from the original $25 million price tag it had when it listed two years ago.

The Sports Illustrated model bought the property (which, by the way, is on over 4 acres of land with over 300 feet of waterfront) in 2004 for just over $7 million. Brinkley is also the owner of the famous Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton. Both properties are repped by Douglas Elliman agent, Enzo Morabito.

Built in the mid-1800s, the house has period details galore, including columns at the front of the house and wide plank flooring. It stands 5,500 square feet, has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a powder room.
