The abode overlooks a reserve near the home of actor Alan Alda.

The 8,300-square-foot casa at 30 Lawrence Court was asking $7.49 million, a mere drop in the bucket for the Mooch, whose net worth is estimated at $1.5 billion by Coed.com.

Most noted for his ten-day stint as Trump’s spokesman, the investment banker was served with divorce papers last summer when his wife was reportedly “fed up with Mooch’s political ambition,” according to the New York Post.

The pair own another Hamptons house, this one at 31 South Street in the North Sea Beach Colony, a former working class enclave. Three years ago the couple spent just north of $2 million for the property on a postage-stamp size lot, then put in a screening room, wine cellar and basketball court. They finally moved in last summer where they had “raucous parties,” according to a neighbor.

Get ready. The couple intends to spend a lot of time in the Hamptons this summer, a friend told Page Six.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”21482″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”21483″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”21484″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_column_text]Photos courtesy Douglas Elliman[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
