Oceanfront Bridgehampton Modern Asking $42.5M Sells

In May of 2018, the oceanfront home at 263 Surfside Avenue in Bridgehampton went on the market for $42.5 million. It has recently found a buyer and sold for a price that is reported to be close to the original asking price.

The sellers purchased the home in 2015 for $27.5 million and reportedly spent over $10 million in renovations and expansions done by the late Ben Krupinski and his team.

Designed by Barnes Coy Architects, the home stands over 7,000 square feet in size on about 1.4 acres of land. Features of the incredible mansion include seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half-baths, an outdoor living space, a heated gunite pool and spa, a pool house, and a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen, a pizza oven, a wet bar, and even outdoor TVs. Walls of glass allow for views of both the ocean at Sagg Pond.

According to a press release, the sale was an off-market one, brokered by Eileen O’Neill from Douglas Elliman and Ryan Serhant from Nest Seekers.
