RHONY’S Luanne de Lesseps Lists Sag Harbor Home

We’re taking bets on whether former Countess Luann de Lesseps  a) makes a move from the Hamptons . . . drum roll please . . . to the Catskills and b) if she does, on how long she’ll stay. Our wager, less than a year.

Showing a modicum of chutzpah, the “Real Housewives of New York” regular has put up her adorable Sag Harbor abode for sale and for rent in August. The newfangled cabaret singer who is currently on tour with her current act, purchase the historic 2,500-square-foot John Street home in 2013. She made extensive renovations to the waterfront gem for which she paid $2.43 million.

Her asking price now is more than twice what she paid: $6.25 million. Perhaps she’s hoping her notoriety will attract flush buyers, a strategy that hasn’t worked for the likes of Matt Lauer. She’s asking, gulp, $150,000 for August.

In an Instagram post she announced a move upstate where she hopes to find “peace, serenity and mountains,” according to the New York Post, which broke the story. This from the party animal who craves, or should we say craved nonstop action. Can a tiger change her stripes?
