Sagaponack’s Narrow Lane Farm Has Sold

After less than four months on the market, Narrow Lane Farm in Sagaponack has sold for $11.995 million. The property was recently voted into the Wall Street Journal’s 2018 ‘House of The Year’ competition among the 50 ‘House of the Week’ winners. Designed, built, and restored to an impeccable standard of craftsmanship and style by local architect Val Florio and McGrath Builders, Narrow Lane Farm is a 10 building luxury farm compound featuring a brand new 7,304 sq. ft., 4-bedroom main house, a lifted and fully renovated 2,611 sq. ft., 2-bedroom 1920s farmhouse, two-car barn style garage with an apartment and sunken terrace with hot tub below, and five beautifully restored, original barns spread across 3+/- bucolic acres in the heart of Sagaponack, adjacent to the Wolffer Estate. The property was listed with Dana Trotter of Sotheby’s International Realty in Bridgehampton.

An adoption day event sponsored by the EQUUS foundation where listing agent Dana Trotter of Sotheby’s International Realty presented a check on behalf of the owners of Narrow Lane Farm in the amount of $110,000 to help save horses.
