Sagaponack’s Parsonage Lane is the Most Expensive Street to Live on in the Hamptons

In recent years, Sagaponack has consistently ranked as one of the most expensive zip codes in the United States. If you’re wondering where all those homes are concentrated, a report by PropertyShark indicates that the hamlet’s very own Parsonage Lane is the most expensive street to own a property on the East End.

Even though the median sales price for a home in the Hamptons is a little under $1 million, the median sales price for a home on Parsonage Lane is a whopping $15 million. That’s right, folks. Fifteen million.

Right now, the most expensive home for sale on the south-of-the-highway the strip is a 12-bedroom, 13-bath shingled estate with over 9,000 square feet of living space at the 232 Parsonage Lane address. It comes with an asking price of nearly $30 million under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Beate Moore.

In Bridgehampton, Jobs Lane came in second place with a median home sales price of $11 million, while Southampton’s Captains Neck Lane holds the third spot on the list.
