Speedboat Racer Stuart Hayim Lists His Sag Harbor Home for $17M

Stuart Hayim, a speedboat racer who also owns a luxury car dealership, has just put his Hamptons house on the market with an asking price of $16.95 million, according to the New York Post

Back in 2013, Hayim purchased the 1-acre waterfront North Haven property for $6.3 million, tore down the existing home, and built a brand new, 5,000-square-foot shingle style retreat designed by Mojo Stumer Architects. The house offers six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, has 135 feet of bulkheaded water frontage on Sag Harbor Bay, and has a deep water dock.

Features include an open floorplan, multiple fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a second-floor master suite with a walk-in closet and a steam shower. Extra living space can be found on the finished lower level. Outside, there’s an infinity edge heated pool and spa.
