A gorgeous bayfront modern home at 422 Dune Road in Bridgehampton has just sold for $10 million after coming on the market for $12.95 million in October of 2018. According to the price history on Out East, the nearly 2-acre property found a buyer in April and was in contract for about a month before closing earlier this week.

The seller purchased the property in 2010 for $6 million.

Recently renovated in 2016, the modern beach house spans a comfortable 3,500 square feet in size with four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and views of both the ocean and Mecox Bay throughout. Large windows allow lots of light and views of the surrounding landscape inside the home, which also features a wide open floorplan, light and beachy wood floors, and doors leading to the structure’s multiple balconies.
