The Arc House in East Hampton Could Soon Be Yours

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning the Hamptons home of an infamous fraudster, you’re in luck. The Arc House in East Hampton — which was owned by Joseph and Jessica Meli until it was seized by the Department of Justice — is rumored to come on the market soon, according to Bloomberg.

The original report claimed that Joseph Meli “pleaded guilty last year to defrauding investors,” and was “charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with running a Ponzi scheme” in 2017.

Located at 50 Green Hollow Road, the 2-acre property is host to a 6,400-square-foot home that was designed in 2010 by architect Maziar Behrooz, who drew his inspiration from an airplane hangar. Features of the subterranean home include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pool outside.

A price has not yet been revealed.

Of course, if this house gets scooped up before you can get your hands on it, Bernie Madoff’s former Montauk home is still available for $19.9 million.
