Top Elliman Broker Does Her First Remote Closing
Michaela Keszler, of Douglas Elliman, sold and closed this week on a Southampton compound at 133 & 135 Toylsome Lane in the heart of the Village, for $5.6 million. In her first remote closing during the current pandemic lockdown, she reports that it was a “very smooth” transaction. It’s the second time that she has sold this particular property. Her daughter, Paulina Keszler, brought the buyer. “It was a wonderful move-in opportunity on one of the most desirable streets,” says Michaela.
The six-bedroom, six-and-one-half-bath compound, was completely renovated by the previous owner. Located on more than half an acre in Southampton Village and close to Gin Lane beaches and village shops. The main residence features four bedrooms, several wood-burning fireplaces and an eat-in chef’s kitchen, plus elegant patio overlooking the gardens and a Gunite pool. The guesthouse features a living room with dining area, little kitchen, two additional bedrooms/baths and an additional private terrace overlooking the yard. The last list price was $5.995 million.
