Five Park: Miami Beach

Lifestyle is Top of Mind at this Amenity Rich Luxury Condominium

Rising on the edge of Miami Beach, Five Park is the first new luxury condominium to be built in the city in the last decade. The development pairs a landmark residential tower with an expansive public park, and an art-inspired overhead bridge, acting as a visual beacon that marks the entryway into the island.

Topping out at 48 stories, the tower’s one- to four-bedroom residences are thoughtfully designed to bring the outside in with airy interiors and sprawling balconies that look over sea and city.

Lifestyle is top of mind for the building with 50,000 square feet of unrivaled amenities, social spaces, and programming. From a branded beach club to a poolside café, residents are invited to lounge and dine on the pool deck complete with shaded trellises, a sunset terrace, numerous cabanas and lounges, and a meditation deck. If headed over to the branded beach club, Five Park’s signature mokes give residents a complimentary ride to their very own, fully serviced stretch of the sand. Inside, the tower features a variety of wellness, work and entertainment spaces including a fully outfitted gym and spa treatments rooms, a co-working area with private offices and board rooms, screening rooms and more.

On the ground floor, Five Park boasts its very own backyard oasis known as Canopy Park. Spanning three acres, the community amenity offers a refuge from city living with a botanic garden, interactive MONSTRUM playground, dog park and event lawn.

A truly multi-tasking development plans for the project also feature Miami Beach’s most exciting new landmark — a walkable piece of art that enhances the existing bay walk, Canopy Bridge. The overhead connector will merge the site anchored by Five Park to the South of Fifth luxury enclave for the first time, creating ample opportunity to explore the energy and vibrance of Miami Beach’s artsy enclaves. Residents will be a short stroll away from everything that Miami Beach has to offer, from the Art Deco Historic District to the Miami City Ballet. Shopping, fine dining and elevated nightlife offerings are also just minutes away with revered city favorites like Carbone, Los Fuegos, and Casa Tua.

Helmed by David Martin’s Terra and Russell Galbut’s GFO Investments, the project is designed by the world’s most visionary design minds. This list of creators behind the tower includes design firm Gabbellini Sheppard; world-renowned architect, Arquitectonica; interior and hospitality maven, Anda Andrei; French conceptual artist, Daniel Buren; and Cultured Magazine’s Sarah Harrelson.
