The old Paramount Theatre Building is old no longer — the plaza is reawakening its former glory with new shops, revitalized energy, and an up-and-coming but authentically Palm Beach scene thanks to longtime locals. Chik Monk Coffee
Chik Monk opened up shop at the Paramount before it was cool, and a unique experience awaits here. Chik Monk is one of the few places you’ll find that serves farmer-owned, Indian specialty coffee in the United States; the coffee is imported directly from the owners’ family estates in Chikmagalur, India.
