ALBA Spiaggia at the Montauk Yacht Club
The Montauk Yacht Club, originally built in 1928, recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation. It boasts the largest marina in the Hamptons with 200 wet slips that can accommodate everything from small day cruisers to 300 foot super yachts. There are elevated wellness offerings and a state of the art fitness center and spa. This season introduces a collaboration with Cucina Alba of Manhattan and Los Angeles replacing Ocean Club Montauk. Chef Adam Leonti oversees ALBA Spiaggia featuring coastal Italian cuisine. Grilled artichokes, Calabrian tuna tartare and fluke crudo are popular starters preceding signature wood fired pizzas, pastas, and mains such as striped bass Portofino and swordfish Salmoriglio.

Barlume Beach
Barlume Beach is the new kid on the hotel/restaurant scene In Montauk. Barlume means glimmer in Italian and an Italian vibe is exactly what LDV Hospitality, which also operates LDV at the Maidstone in East Hampton, is after. LDV stands for La Dolce Vita. The hotel has 19 rooms, an all-day dining beach club and 19 marina slips on 40,00 square feet of grounds overlooking Montauk harbor. Every seat at the bar, beneath the tent or at the firepit provides a view of the water. Of course, you can arrive by boat to dine at its restaurant helmed by chef Francesco Battisti who prepares a Mediterranean inspired menu highlighting coastal seafood. Favorites from Barlume’s Manhattan restaurant including blue crab toast and lobster Arrabbata are on the menu. New items are a lobster roll, spicy fin de cleire and a plateau de mer. Designed by Studio Tre, the club’s turquoise reflects the sea while shades of yellow are meant to reference the rising and setting sun.

Le Bilboquet
If you’re looking for a place to dress up and practice your French, look no farther than Le Bilboquet in Sag Harbor, especially if you prefer to arrive by yacht. It’s the fashionable outpost of the chic Upper East Side bistro in Manhattan and is co-owned by, among others, the cosmetics magnate Ron Perelman and is located on the wharf where mega yachts dock in summer. It’s the view of the yachts and the South of France vibe that lends to comparisons with St. Tropez. The restaurant has a club like feeling, a dress code and a menu written in French although there are English subtitles. Expect bistro style French comfort food with an American twist. The signature best seller is le Poulet Cajun (Cajun chicken)owner/creator Philippe Delgrange’s personal recipe. Starters include endives au roquefort and salade de chou-fleur (cauliflower)and mains feature such familiar items as Bouillabaisse and moules frites. For dessert La mousse au chocolat or Paris Breast (hazelnut praline cream and chocolate sauce.) Bon appetit!

SiSi
Stylish open-air SiSi Mediterranean Restaurant, is located at EHP Resort & Marina which make it possible to arrive by yacht and enjoy epic sunsets over Three Mile Harbor. There’s even a cocktail named Sunset View. SiSi means yes, yes in both Italian and Spanish. The waterfront restaurant embraces the cuisines of Italy, Spain, Greece, and Morocco with its charred octopus, Sicilian crudo, pasta selections and mezze platters. Weekend brunches and DJ nights are popular.
