The stunning estate offers eight bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and three half-baths, set on over 2 acres of land. Features include a finished lower level, walls of glass, 14-foot ceilings in the great room, and a private terrace off the second-level master suite. An elevator services all three levels. Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen, a sunken tennis court, and a covered porch with an outdoor living room, television, and fireplace. Saunders & Associates real estate agents Terry Cohen and Jon Vaccari represented the listing. [Saunders]

Drew Barrymore Becomes A Sagaponack Neighbor

Actress Drew Barrymore has snagged a shingled farmhouse in Sagaponack, reports the New York Post. According to the original report, the home was last for sale for $5.97 million with Chris Burnside from Brown Harris Stevens, although a publicist told the Post that Barrymore was just renting the property. Sotheby’s agent Christina Galesi represents the rental listing. The year-round rental price is $250,000. Built in 1920, the house stands 5,600-square-feet in size on 1.7 acres of land and offers six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, and a pool house for guests or storage. Located south of the highway, Barrymore and her family will be just a mile from the ocean at Town Line Beach, and about 3 miles east of Bridgehampton village shops and restaurants.
