The 14-acre site is made up of four parcels, and is listed for $150 million with Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty. According to LLNYC, three of the four parcels do have existing homes on them, but Grant is certain that whomever buys the property will most likely demolish them to create one large “mega mansion”. This luxury plot boasts 700 feet of oceanfront, while the few homes on the properties have two putting greens, a tennis court, and an outdoor swimming pool. The original owners are said to have paid $114 million to acquire the surrounding properties in order to create this, now infamous, expensive piece of land.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”18943″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”18944″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_column_text]
