Known as the “Morning Glory” house, the seven-bedroom abode, for which she paid $2 million, was once used as an inn before being given a modern makeover.

The epitome of upscale quaint, the circa 1910 shingle-style home is tucked behind a new hedgerow and boasts a wraparound porch and original craftsmanship.

A gracious entrance foyer is punctuated by a striking staircase and illuminated from above by a skylight.

A double set of French doors leads to the patio and pool.

The “budding real estate entrepreneur” – so named by the Observer – recently flipped a Soho loft, which was featured in Architectural Digest, and a Flatiron condo, which she owned with her fellow Bravo star and real estate agent Fredrik Eklund.
