La La Land Comes to the Hamptons

Get on your dancing shoes and head over to Elliman agent Rafael Avigdor’s digs. The real estate professional/movie producer – he’s produced seven films – is shooting a “team branding film” on Tuesday, May 22 and is looking for a flash mob for the finale.

Having just taken on a new partner, Aleksandrina Penkova, Avigdor wants to broadcast the partnership in an over-the-top way. Filming will start at Elliman’s Southampton office, 70 Jobs Lane, where hand-held cameras will record the action. “As we go into the parking lot the team breaks into a twirling, spinning, waltzing dance choreographed by professional choreographers,” he says. A caravan will then proceed to a series of open houses.

“The film will be in the spirit of the movie La La Land,” says Avigdor. His team is in the midst of dancing lessons.

The whole shebang will culminate Tuesday afternoon when the flash mob will gather at 3 PM to rehearse then will be filmed breaking into a Bollywood-style routine at 4 PM. “This will be a professional effort with a professional film crew, professional actors and professional drone operators.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
