Gabby Karan de Felice to Open Tutto il Giorno in Sag Harbor?

Significantly the eatery began life around the corner on Bay Street, but the restauranteur parted ways with her partner in that enterprise, chef Maurizio Marfoglia, in 2016.

Marfoglia kept the ristorante but renamed it Dopo La Spiaggia, while signora de Felice went on to man her Tutto outposts in Southampton and Tribeca. Marfoglia opened another Dopo in East Hampton last year.

De Felice, who is the figlia of East Hampton’s fashion icon Donna Karan, is known for attracting a dolce vita crowd including the likes of Calvin Klein, Sarah Jessica Parker and Keith Richards. Rumor has it that mama Karan will be moving her shop, Urban Zen, from its location next to Dopo into the new space.

A second trattoria in Sag is highly welcome considering the recent closing of popular pizza parlor Conca d’Oro.
