Cosmetics Queen Trish McEvoy Selling Southampton Estate

The couple own the Dr. Ronald Sherman/Trish McEvoy Skin Care Center in Manhattan.

The pair purchased the home in 2000 from Ford Motor Co. executive and heiress, Elena Ford, for $5.495 million. Though not on the ocean, the 2.4-acre property faces west on Wickapogue Pond and has deeded access to the beach. At 8,500 square feet, the seven bedroom, nine bath house replete with turrets features a waterfront library with fireplace, media room, gym and master suite with a private rooftop deck.

Neighbors on the tony road include radio hotshot Howard Stern and billionaire developer Richard LeFrak. Tennis great John McEnroe sold his house on the street last year for $11.25 million. A tennis ball’s throw away, the Hamptons’ priciest listing, Fordune, is on the market for $175 million.
