Stunning Bridgehampton Estate Sells For $10M After Six Months

Located south of the highway, the gorgeous home at 25 Jennifir Lane in Bridgehampton has sold and closed for $9,995,000. The 12,000-square-foot home is located on 1.5 acres, and offers seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. Features include hardwood floors, a wide open floor plan, double-height ceilings in the living room, and lofted living space. There’s also multiple fireplaces, exposed wood beams, a floating staircase, a sunroom with walls of windows, and a master suite with pond views, a private terrace, and a separate sitting room and ensuite spa bathroom. The finished lower level offers a wine room, a gym with a climbing wall, a sauna, and a steam room, plus a home theater and rec area. Donald Trump’s Divorce Lawyer Relists His Hamptons Home With A Price Cut

Back in the summer of 2017, Donald Trump’s former divorce lawyer Jay Goldberg listed his Hamptons retreat for $8 million. Two and a half years later, the home is back on the market with a price cut, asking $5,995,000. With nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, the home is host to five bedrooms and five bathrooms on almost 6 acres of land, located north of the highway in Bridgehampton at 412 Mitchell Lane. Originally built in the ’80s, the house looks like it’s in good shape, but it’s definitely dated. The current living room has a winding staircase and a dual-sided fireplace with a carved head on either side, and the rest of the home has French-inspired interiors, but we’re thinking the new owner will want to update them for something more modern. Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, stone patio, and privacy hedging. The home is represented by Saunders Real Estate agents Diane Saatchi and Elaine Stimmel. [Saunders, Behind the Hedges]
