Actress Ellen Pompeo Sells Her Hamptons Home For $3M

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo listed her Sag Harbor farmhouse-style home on over 8 acres back in January of 2018 for $3,795,000. After nearly two years on the market, the home has sold and closed for $2,995,000 according to the Zillow price history. Pompeo purchased the property for $925,000 in 2011 before the existing house was completed two years later. The 2,400-square-foot retreat includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms between three levels. The main floor master has a private staircase that leads to an ensuite guest room, while the second floor hosts a private living room and an office. Features include high ceilings, glass walls, two fireplaces, and a heated gunite pool outside. On over 8 acres of land, the property has plenty of room for expansion, or it could even be subdivided and made into a family compound. Douglas Elliman agent Martha Gundersen brought the buyer. Charming Sag Harbor Compound Finds A Buyer

The adorable shingled homes at 5 Right of Way in the Pine Neck neighborhood of Sag Harbor have gone into contract. Sited on 0.12 acres of land, the property hosts two cottages, each renovated and move-in ready, making it a great investment property. According to the Zillow price history, the property went on the market back in February for $825,000 before decreasing the asking price down to $725,000 by August. A contract was signed earlier this week. The listing claims that there’s 750 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and there’s a fireplace in the main cottage. The listing also says that the property is not inside of a flood zone, and residents will be a part of the Pine Neck beach community. The cottages could use some updates, but for the most part they appear to be in good shape. Buyers will be about 3 miles west of Sag Harbor village shops and restaurants. Stunning Sagaponack Home Wants $6M

The amazing Sagaponack home at 409 Bridge Lane has recently re-listed for $5,995,000. The house previously went on the market in December of 2018 for a slightly higher $6,249,000, but after coming down in price in March, the price has stayed the same. The current owners purchased the home in 2007 for $6.3 million. Built in 2005, the 5,225-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and a living room that was once a part of a boathouse from 1920. Beamed, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, double French doors, and a large chef’s kitchen can all be found inside. Exterior features include a pergola-covered brick terrace and a saltwater gunite pool. Located south of the highway, buyers will be just a mile from the ocean at Sagg Main Beach, and about 2 miles from Bridgehampton village shops and restaurants. The new listing agent for the property is Douglas Elliman’s Erica Grossman. [Douglas Elliman]
