Luann de Lesseps is Keeping Her Hamptons Home

Real Housewives of New York star turned singer, Luann de Lesseps, has been juggling her restored 19th century Sag Harbor home quite a bit over the last year.

To recap: The reality television show star listed the waterfront home last summer for $6.25 million and then dropped that price down to $5.75 million just one month later, with the intention of moving upstate to the Catskills. However, her ex-husband tried to sue her for listing the property.

According to a recent interview de Lesseps did with Home & Design, she will be keeping the Hamptons house to keep her family happy and opting for a smaller property upstate for more privacy.

The Sag Harbor house in question was purchased back in 2013 for close to its original $2.65 million asking price, and she updated the interiors upon moving in. Inside 2,500 square feet, the Green Revival from 1835 hosts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, wide plank floors, and three fireplaces throughout. Meanwhile, the exterior offers a waterfront dock on Upper Sag Harbor Cove and a winterized studio with a full bathroom.

We’re happy to hear that de Lesseps was able to work things out with her family and can still enjoy the Hamptons home when she wants to.
