Manafort has struck a deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller to put up his Bridgehampton home at 174 Jobs Lane as collateral, along with properties in Manhattan, Virginia and Florida. The four homes have a total assessed value (deducting outstanding obligations such as mortgages) of $11.7 million.

While the former Trump campaign manager owns three New York City homes – a condo in Trump Tower, a brownstone in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn and an apartment in Chinatown, it is the latter that is part of the deal. The apartment, at 123 Baxter Street, was purchased by Manafort’s daughter, Andrea, in 2007, however one of her father’s shell companies, Jesand LLC, is listed as co-owner. According to 377Union.com, the LLC took out a loan against that property this past summer.

Under his agreement with Mueller, Manafort – who is currently under house arrest – is not allowed to take any trips overseas and has surrendered his passports. However, he is allowed to travel among the states where he owns homes as well as Washington, DC where he must appear in court.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_single_image image=”21071″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][/vc_column][/vc_row]
